SBA does not make grants to individuals, businesses, or industry groups. SBA does have some loan guarantee and other programs that you can explore at SBA.gov. The link above will take you to a listing of non-SBA sites of non-federal organizations that might offer financial assistance. If your state or region has an economic development or trade promotion entitity, you should ask if they offer financial assistance to businesses or industry groups, some do make modest financial assistance available.

USTDA grants are usually limited to market feasibility studies and only in developing markets.

USDA's Foreign Agricultural Service runs programs that are similar to MDCP but which focus on agricultural products. The two most prominent and programs are the Market Access Program and the Foreign Market Development program.

Grants.gov allows organizations to electronically find and apply for more than $400 billion in federal financial assistance.

CFDA is supposed to be a comprehensive listing of all federal assistance available to the public. This includes financial assistance such as MDCP (CFDA number 11.112), but it also includes several programs that offer only counseling and other non-financial services. Read each CFDA description carefully. If it does not mention financial assistance then it does not include grants or other awards. Also, a financial assistance program may be included in the CFDA even if it is not currently funded. To find only currently funded financial assistance programs, use grants.gov.
