      During his remarks Secretary Locke asked the fifteen current and alumni MDCP partners to stand and be recognized including AMT and IPC pictured above.       Secretary Locke thanks Assistant Secretary Nicole Lamb-Hale for her introduction.

      Trade associations are not the only organizations eligible for MDCP awards. Most economic development entities are eligible as well.       Sharon May of the North Dakota Trade Office, a 2007 MDCP award winner, chats with Gene Eckhart of NEMA, a four-time MDCP award winner.
