Attaching and Submitting Performance Progress Reports in Grants Online

 

  A. Complete your reports then "attch" them in Grants Online
  1. Use this spreadsheet to complete your Part A report.
  2. Download the existing Part B spreadsheet from the Quarterly Performance Progress Reports page. Update it and save it on your computer. It is okay to keep prior quarters' results and just add the current quarter's results on the next open row.
  3. Email both to the MDCP Director.
  4. Log into Grants Online and click on the option to submit a Performance Progress Report (PPR).
  5. Attach your Part A and Part B files for the quarter you are reporting. Here's how it should look:

  B. "Submit" your reports in Grants Online
  1. Scroll back up to the "Go to Peformance Progress Report Details Page" and select it.
  2. Enter the date you are submitting the report in "Submitted On." (If you do not do this, your reports will be considered to be delinquent.)
