The FFO is the single most-complete document describing the 2011 MDCP competition. We have summarized key portions of the the FFO on the website. If you find any discrepancies, please refer back to the FFO.
Keep in mind that each application will be evaluated and scored based on five selection criteria: 1. Potential to strengthen competitiveness; 2. performance measurement; 3. ITA priorities and partnership with ITA; 4. creativity and institutional capacity; and 5. budget, match and sustainability. The FFO includes a more detailed description of the selection criteria.
