Tom Moore joined the U.S. Department of Commerce in 1980. He has served as a commercial officer in Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, the Eastern Caribbean, Mexico, and Italy.
His Washington assignments have included Regional Director for Europe, and Deputy Director General for the U.S. Commercial Service.
Tom is a graduate of the State Department's Senior Seminar, a nine-month program of leadership and management training for senior-level foreign affairs professionals from throughout the U.S. Government.
He is a native of Omaha, Nebraska, and a graduate of The University of Michigan.
