STATUS: The draft 2007 report is currently being
reviewed by the Assistant Secretary for Import Administration. It will
then be circulated for Department of Commerce clearance. USTR will handle
Trade Policy Steering Committee (TPSC) interagency clearance. The report was delivered to Congress on
February 1.

06 is on target to meet it's annual deadline. FTZ Staff is currently

STATUS: The Department published the FY 2006 Performance and
Accountability Report to the Department's web site on November 15th. The
annual Performance and Accountability Report describes the results and
performance achieved by DOC Bureaus during the previous Fiscal Year (FY 2006)
and provides detailed information about key areas of program performance.
