ITA's Congressionally Mandated Reports

The listing of ITA's Congressionally Mandated Reports has been updated. To view this listing go to http://www.ita.doc.gov/mad/cmr.htm. If you have questions or if your office has a new reporting requirement from Congress, please contact Jacqueline Hemphill at (202)482-4011.

HCHB Corridors

For safety reasons, as well as aesthetics, HCHB corridors should be kept free of furniture, office equipment, etc. Occasionally, the need to temporarily store items in the corridor may arise. For items to be retained, list the room number where the item will eventually be placed and the date you expect to have it removed from the corridor. For surplus items, please prepare a CD 50, mail it to Shipping and Receiving in room B511 and DOC movers will arrange for pick up and proper disposal of the property. If you need more information, please contact Judith Wilson at (202)482-3265.

FY 2003 Budget

The FY 2003 President's Budget (for submission to Congress) was delivered to OMB Wednesday, January 30, 2002. Upon approval by OMB, we will send the Budget to the printer. Once printed, copies will be send to Congress and made available to Assistant Secretaries and Resource Coordinators. For more information, contact Alan Zegas at (202) 482-5739.
