Preliminary Determination of Sales at Less
Than Fair Value in the Antidumping Duty Investigations of Structural
Steel Beams from Japan and South Korea
On February 3, 2000, the Department of Commerce ("DOC") announced
the preliminary determination in the antidumping ("AD") investigations
covering imports of Structural Steel Beams from Japan and South
Korea.
These cases were included in a petition filed on July 7, 1999 against

from Germany and Spain were not causing injury to the domestic steel
industry. As a result, those investigations were terminated.
