Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value:
Pure Magnesium from Israel
On Tuesday,
April 24, 2001, the Department of Commerce announced its preliminary
determination in the above-referenced antidumping duty (AD) investigation.
This investigation was initiated on November 6, 2000. The period
of investigation for Israel is October 1, 1999, through September
30, 2000.

PRODUCT
DESCRIPTION
The merchandise
subject to this investigation is pure magnesium. The technical language
describing the scope of this investigation will be included in the
preliminary determination which will be published in the Federal
Register.
