Final
Determination of the Antidumping Duty Investigation Certain Non-Frozen
Apple Juice Concentrate from the People=s
Republic of China (PRC)
On Friday, April 7, 2000, the Department
announced the final determination in the antidumping duty investigation
of certain non-frozen apple juice concentrate from the PRC. See
chart below for antidumping duty margins. The Department announced
the preliminary determination on November 16, 1999. Antidumping
duty margins ranged from 0.00 to 54.55 percent.

Knouse Foods Cooperative, Inc., Mason County Fruit Packers Co-op,
Inc., and Tree Top, Inc.
