Preliminary Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value:
Honey from Argentina and the People's
Republic of China
On Monday, May 7, 2001, the Department of Commerce will announce
its preliminary determinations in the above-referenced antidumping
duty (AD) investigations. These investigations were initiated
on October 26, 2000. The period of investigation for Argentina
is July 1, 1999 through June 30, 2000 The period of investigation
for the People's Republic of China is January 1, 2000 through
June 30, 2000.

an antidumping duty order within seven days of such determination.
Product Description
The merchandise subject to these investigations is honey. The
technical language describing the scope of these investigations
will be included in the notice of initiation which will be published
in the Federal Register.
