Claudine Martinez, along with her father and founder Ted Martinez and brother Bennie Martinez co-lead the second generation of MCT Industries, Inc. (MCT), a small family owned and operated manufacturing business founded four decades ago. Ms. Martinez serves as the President of MCT's Government Division and General Counsel of MCT along with its 12 Affiliates. Headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico since 1973, MCT specializes in the engineering design, prototype development and production of customized military and commercial light to heavy-duty vehicles, trailers, transportation systems, aircraft Universal Maintenance Stands, aircraft ground support equipment, and precision component parts. Transportation system platforms include: nuclear, chemical munitions, classified materials, mobile hospitals, radar systems, mobile kitchens, tool sets, generators, fire suppression, and engines for various fixed wing and helicopter aircraft. MCT Industries prides itself on serving its Federal Government clientele including the U.S Department of Defense Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines; and the U.S. Department of Energy National Nuclear Security Administration, and National Laboratories Sandia, Los Alamos, Oakridge, Lawrence Berkeley, Idaho, and Livermore. Our commercial client base is as diverse as our product lines, as we serve State Local, and Tribal governments, as well as commercial customers including Lockheed Martin, Honeywell FM&T, Boeing, BAE Systems, and Battelle Memorial Institute. The key to MCT's success is its 100 employee team which prides itself on actualizing our mission statement: to provide our warfighters and clients with innovative, responsive, cost-effective products that merit our uncompromising standard of quality. MCT is ISO 9001-2008 registered and also ITAR registered.
Ms. Martinez received her JD from UCLA School of Law and her BS in Psychology and BA in Philosophy from Santa Clara University. Previous service to the Administrative branch includes serving on the Pentagon Acquisition Excellence Council, an appointed position by the Undersecretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics. Philanthropy endeavors by Ms. Martinez include serving as Secretary of the Hispanic National Bar Association.
