Eric L. Kelly
Eric L. Kelly, a native Californian, has spent over 30 years in the technology industry where he has developed in depth experience in global manufacturing, finance, sales, and marketing. Currently he serves as a Board Member, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Overland Storage, Inc., a publicly traded company and maker of highly sophisticated and innovative data storage and protection systems. Overland Storage's primary manufacturing operations has been in San Diego, CA for over 30 years. The company has installed more than 450,000 systems around the world in both public and private sector markets.
Mr. Kelly was the Chairman of Silicon Valley Management Partners, Inc., a management consulting and M&A advisory firm, which he co-founded. He was also the U.S. Advisor for Nomura International, one of the largest Private Equity firms in Japan; President and General Manager at Adaptec, a Fortune 1000 corporation; Board Member, President and CEO of Snap Appliance, inventor of network storage products; Vice President of the Enterprise business at DELL Computer, a Fortune 1000 corporation; and President of the Systems Division at Maxtor Corporation, a Fortune 1000 corporation. In addition he has held executive-level positions with IBM, Connor Peripherals, and Diamond Multimedia Systems. Throughout his career Eric Kelly has remained an active Director and Chairman on several corporate and non-profit boards. He earned an M.B.A from San Francisco State University and a B.S. in Business from San Jose State University.
