- CORRECTING MISCONDUCT:
- Disciplinary Actions (written admonishment, reprimand, suspensions <14 days)
- Alternative Discipline System
- Adverse Actions (suspensions >14 days, demotions, removals based on misconduct)
- Terminations (temporary, probationary employees, etc.)
- Office of the Inspector General Reports Regarding Misconduct
- Office of Security Reports on Suitability for Continued Employment
- IMPROVING PERFORMANCE:
- Denials of Within Grade Increases
- Performance-Based Actions (demotions or removals based upon sustained unacceptable performance in one or more critical results)
- Performance Below level 3 in one or more critical results
- Terminations (temporary, probationary employees, etc.)
- OTHER SERVICES:
- Training, Briefings, & Consultations
