Improving ITA

...becoming a Best Place To Work

In making ITA a Best Place To Work, some of the initiatives that will be taken include 1) exploring the source of ITA employee concerns; 2) determining which issues should be brought to ITA’s Management Council (highest career senior executives); 3) providing oversight to subgroups, task forces, go-teams, contractors, or any other groups that are formed to address employee concerns; 4) making recommendations on how issues should be addressed; and 5) helping ITA to remain focused on its most important asset—its employees.
