Length of Service Awards

ITA Length of Service honorees are recognized as close to their anniversary date as possible. Here's the breakdown for ITA:

Employees with under 30 years of length of service. The Department's Human Resources Operations Center sends business unit Resource Coordinators a list of names with honorees celebrating a length of service milestone. Resources Coordinators coordinate with the Assistant Secretary to arrange a formal or informal ceremony to recognize honorees. Honorees receive a certificate and a pin.

Employees with 30, 35, and 40 years of length of service. CFO/ADMIN's Office of Strategic Resources coordinates with the Office of the Deputy Under Secretary (DUS) a formal ceremony to honor employees celebrating a length of service milestone. Honorees receive a certificate and a pin and a framed photo with the DUS.

Employees with 45 + years of length of service. The Department's Human Resources Operations Center coordinates with the Office of the Secretary to honor employees celebrating a length of service milestone. Honorees receive a certificate and a pin and a framed photo with the Secretary of Commerce.
