When it comes to grading our success on the eight “Standards for Success,” ITA OHRM created measures or ways to benchmark our progress. As a part of our Accountability Systems, we currently have five measures in place, tracking how well we achieve our goals. They are:
- Average Hiring Cycle Time by Program Unit
- Average # of Days between Receipt of SF-52 and Posting of a Vacancy by Program Unit
- Percent of Training Linked to ITA Goals
- Percent of Turnover by Program Unit
- Diversity Percentages by Program Unit and Grade Level
We track these five measures through our online database, PBViews. PBViews stands for Panoramic Based Views. It’s a tool that allows us the opportunity to track our office functions on a broad scale. We track our measures on a quarterly basis and use the data gathered to justify our scorecard.
