| Human Capital Introduction |

As a part of the President’s Management Agenda, a government-wide initiative was introduced that provides for the Strategic Management of Human Capital.
In 2002, the government listed eight results they expected to accomplish by implementing this new initiative. They broke down these results into two categories. The first category is short-term results, and the second was long-term results.
With these goals in mind, we now have a concrete idea of what must be attained through our human capital initiative. Additionally, we have a framework in which we can now use as a guideline to achieving success.
