• recognized contributions to the efficiency, economy or other improvement of Government operations; or
• achieves significant reduction in paperwork;
• the award amount is in proportion to the benefits realized by the achievement. A scale of benefits is located on the back of the CD-326;
• office director - up to $2,000
  DAS - up to $3,000
  Asst. Sec. - up to $4,000
  US & DUS - up to $5,000
  ITA Performance Review Board - >$5,000
• given anytime;
• use CD 326 LF (9/97 version);
• processing time depends on approval authority and adequacy of documentation;
